By accessing, registering, or using FormCV, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • You are at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Service Description

FormCV provides the following services:

  • CV Creation: Professional CV builder with multiple design templates
  • CV Management: Online storage, editing, and management of CVs
  • CV Export: Download CVs in high-quality PDF format
  • CV Sharing: Share CVs publicly with recruiters
  • Auto-send: Automatically send CVs to suitable recruiters

  • AI Support: CV content optimization using artificial intelligence

4. User Responsibilities

You commit to:

  • Use the service for lawful and legitimate purposes
  • Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not use the service for spam, fraud, or harassment
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of the system

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring CV information is accurate and truthful
  • Not using false information or violating copyrights
  • Not posting offensive, harmful, or illegal content
  • Respecting others' privacy and intellectual property rights
